Boarding and Training is ideal for those who are short of time, going on holidays or just don't know where to begin. We take the hard work out of the initial training. Your dog must be at least 6 months old and be fully vaccinated to be trained at the boarding kennel. After a one-one assessment, we will identify your needs and help you choose the most suited option.

Beginner’s level:   1 week / 7 days               $395.00

This is the perfect program for people that just don't know where to start with their dog. Your dog will be taught basic manners, which includes walk on a loose lead and sit on command. Also wait for food and not to jump up.  Please speak to us about customising a program to suit you.

On completion of the training there will be a hand- over session with you for 30 minutes.

Basic level:          3 weeks / 21 days            $925.00

This course is designed to give the owners an excellent level of control of their pet dog.

Most exercises are done on lead, and will have been proofed in a variety of locations.

Exercises include:

Loose lead walking- Your dog will not pull you when out walking.

Sit & Drop-Your dog will sit and drop on command and stay in that position until you give another command or release the dog.

Recall- Your dog will come back to you from 5m on a long lead. We will teach you how to progress to off lead.

Other things that will cover will be Jumping up & Wait for food.

On completion of the training there will be a hand-over session. For 45 minutes

We will then show you how the dog does the exercises with the trainer and then teach you how to do it.

You will also get a FREE dog lead to take home.

We would like to thank you for coming to visit us and sharing your expertise in handling dogs.  We didn’t know how we were going to introduce our newest arrival an adorable 8 week old German Shepherd puppy to our 10 year old extremely territorial, and dog-agressive Blue Heeler.  This Blue Heeler was ready to kill the new puppy, No way was she going to share her turf with any other animal.  It was her turf !

We just had to try, so we phoned Daniel for his assistance.

How were we going to have our dog accept a new puppy into the family? 

Daniel came and assessed our family structure, our newest puppy arrival, and our very anxious, angry, and muzzled Blue Heelers behaviour. Daniel gave us extremely good advice and great training procedures to suit our family and our dogs.  Eventually after persistence, and constant reinforcement of Daniels procedures, we now have a happy family unit.  Our Blue Heeler has totally accepted the newest member.

Our other family members couldn’t believe we were going ahead with the purchase of a puppy. They thought the worst.  Friends insisted we will have to keep them separated.  This dog bites, and I mean bites.

Muzzles are there for a reason.

My advise to anyone contemplating having to pay a reputable dog trainer for their advice, is don’t hesitate it will be dollars well spent.  We have a totally happy family unit.  Who would think you could retrain a 10 year old dog?  Thanks Daniel.
